Kent Mango

They come in various shapes, sizes, and colors, with an edible, fleshy interior and a hard outer rind that can be smooth, ribbed, or netted. Melons are a good source of vitamins A and C, potassium, and fiber, and can be eaten raw, juiced, or cooked.
